TADA 2025 PRIZES & CONDITIONS
10 winners with 20 members will receive an all-expenses-paid trip to Tokyo, Japan, for 4 days and 3 nights.
Trip Dates: October 27-30, 2025
The prize includes
- All-expenses-paid trip to Tokyo, Japan, for 4 days and 3 nights.
- Attendance at the awards ceremony, with media coverage and a video interview.
- A guided tour of Japan’s renowned architectural landmarks.
- Each winner may bring one companion, and accommodation will be provided in a shared hotel room.
Flight Ticket & Conditions
- The round-trip airfare for each winner (and their companion) will be economy class and must be arranged under the TOSTEM Sales Company (local budget).
- Any ticket upgrade (e.g., to business class) or special travel arrangements are subject to availability and must be approved and covered by the local TOSTEM Sales Company.
Rights & Use of Materials
- By accepting the prize, winners and their companions agree that TOSTEM may use all submitted materials, project photos, videos, winner photos, and related information across all TOSTEM Asia’s digital platforms, PR activities, catalogs, and other marketing materials.
- No additional payment will be provided for the use of these materials.
Media Release Consent
- By joining the trip, winners and their companions agree to be photographed or filmed and give TOSTEM permission to use these photos and videos for promotional purposes. No additional payment will be provided for this use.
Conditions & Important Notes
- The jury’s decision is final and cannot be appealed.
- Prizes cannot be exchanged for cash or any other alternatives.
- The company reserves the right to award prizes only to participants who meet all specified conditions.
- The company may modify the schedule, conditions, program, or benefits without prior notice.
- The prize includes round-trip economy airfare, hotel accommodation for 4 days and 3 nights (one room per winner, shared with one companion), local transportation related to TOSTEM’s program, and meals provided as part of the program.
- The prize does not cover passport fees, visa fees, travel insurance, domestic flight airfare (if any), personal expenses, or any costs outside the official itinerary.
- TADA reserve the right to reassign projects to a more suitable category if necessary
- NEXTGEN Award Winner Verification
All members of the winning NEXTGEN team must be under 30 and submit proof of age (passport copy or official ID) by September 10, EOD (Bangkok Time). The company will contact the winner for document submission. If any member fails to comply, the prize will be given to the next eligible runner-up.
Trip Confirmation & Responsibilities
- Winners must confirm their participation with TOSTEM by September 25, 2025. If not confirmed, the prize may be forfeited.
- The prize cannot be transferred or postponed if a winner is unable to attend.
Companion Policy
- Each winner may bring one companion, who must be at least 18 years old.
- If a winner’s companion cancels, the winner may still attend the trip alone, but no replacement or compensation will be provided.
Program Participation
- Winners and their companions must follow the official itinerary and attend scheduled activities.
- Any personal travel outside the official program will be at the participant’s own expense.
Company Initiated Changes or Cancellation
- If unforeseen circumstances (such as natural disasters, political issues, or health crises) require TOSTEM to reschedule or cancel the trip, winners will be informed as soon as possible.
- TOSTEM reserves the right to modify the schedule, program, or benefits without prior notice.
- If the event is canceled, TOSTEM will not cover additional costs such as personal travel arrangements.
Liability & Insurance
- TOSTEM is not responsible for any loss, accidents, illnesses, or delays beyond its control.
- Travel insurance is strongly recommended but is not included in the prize.
- Any taxes, fees, or extra charges imposed by local authorities will be the responsibility of the winner.
