The NEXTGEN Award is dedicated to rising talent in architecture students, recent graduates, and young professionals with a bold vision for the future of living.

This award recognizes one outstanding conceptual residential design that brings the 2025 theme “CONNECTED LIVING” to life—redefining how homes can foster connection between people, spaces, and the natural environment.

Eligibility

• Open to architecture students, recent graduates, and young professionals under 30
• Submissions may be individual or in teams of up to 2 people
• All team members must meet the eligibility criteria

Design Brief

Submit a conceptual design for a residential project with a built-up area of up to 500 sqm (excluding outdoor spaces).
Your design should reflect CONNECTED LIVING by:

• Creating strong relationships between indoor and outdoor spaces
• Encouraging meaningful interaction among residents
• Blending naturally with its environment

Product Integration
To bring your vision to life, submissions must

• Include the TOSTEM Interior Innovation (required)
• Incorporate at least one additional product from: GRANTS, ATIS, GIESTA, or WE Series

All products should be thoughtfully used to enhance the overall design concept.
