SUBMISSION GUIDELINE
FOR COMPLETED PROJECT
(Best Of the Best, Building of the Year, Sustainable Living)
- Projects must be completed between 2021 and 2025
- Must integrate TOSTEM products
FOR CONCEPTUAL PROJECT
NEXTGEN Award
CONNECTED LIVING
- Open to architecture students, recent graduates, and young professionals under 30 years old
- Submissions may be individual or team-based (maximum 2 members)
- All participants must meet the eligibility criteria
- Conceptual residential design with a maximum built-up area of 500 sqm
- Must incorporate the TOSTEM Interior Innovation

Plus at least one additional TOSTEM product, selected from:
- GRANTS
- ATIS
- GIESTA
- WE Series
- or any other TOSTEM product that strengthens the design intent
- The design must align with the CONNECTED LIVING theme, showing how it promotes interaction between people, spaces, and nature
Submission Requirements
(Max. 500 words)
Clearly explain the project’s design concept, inspiration, and how it responds to its physical, social, or cultural context. Highlight sustainable design strategies and explain why TOSTEM products were chosen to bring the vision to life. Avoid exaggeration—focus on clarity and relevance.
Provide documentation that supports the concept of CONNECTED LIVING and/or Sustainable Living. Include:
- Site plans, floor plans, sections, and architectural details
- Drawings must effectively communicate spatial ideas and design strategies
(Minimum 15 images)
- At least 5 exterior images
- At least 10 interior images
- All images must clearly showcase TOSTEM products in real use
- Submit each image as an individual file (no collages or merged layouts)
A short video (optional) that helps convey:
- How the project connects with its physical and social context
- Key design ideas related to the CONNECTED LIVING theme
Submission Materials
All materials must be compiled into a PDF file (maximum 10 pages, under 15MB) in English.
- Clearly describe the design idea and how it addresses the theme CONNECTED LIVING
Include dimensions, scale references, and relevant annotations
- A minimum of 2 perspective views or renderings that illustrate the design concept and overall atmosphere
- Clearly show how the TOSTEM Interior Innovation and additional product(s) are integrated
- Indicate their placement, purpose, and how they contribute to the overall design
You may also include a short video to help illustrate:
- The connection between the project and its physical or social context
- Key ideas related to the CONNECTED LIVING theme
